Terms & Risks

A few things to understand before using BURN.

Updated October 27, 2026

Not financial advice

BURN provides a token launchpad, burn technology and general information. Nothing on this site, in our documentation or on our official social channels is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a token. Make your own decisions and seek independent professional advice when needed.

Understand the risks

Tokens are speculative and can lose all their value. Buybacks, burns, creator rewards, bonding and market-cap milestones do not guarantee profits, liquidity or a higher price. Past activity and examples do not predict future results.

Check before you sign

Check the wallet account, mint address, recipients, permissions and transaction details before approving any request. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Wallet compromise, software vulnerabilities, network problems and third-party failures can cause losses. Never share your recovery phrase or private key.

Fees and reward settings

Review the fees, reward split, operating costs and reserve shown in the app before proceeding. Buyback allocations also cover their operating costs. A final on-chain fee-share update may permanently lock recipients and percentages. A prepared draft is not a completed launch or an active integration.

Projects and platform availability

A project listing or integration is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality, security or returns. Verify project claims independently. Services and data are provided β€œas is” and β€œas available,” to the extent permitted by law. Data can be delayed or inaccurate, and services can be interrupted or changed.

Responsible use and contact

Do not use BURN for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity or attacks on the platform. Submit only accurate project information and content you have the right to use. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

For general questions, contact @The_Burn_Coin β†—. Do not send wallet secrets or sensitive personal information through social messages. See Privacy for information about data practices.
